PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning management device controlling test operation of an air conditioner at maximum capacity in an actual operating environment without inflicting a feeling of discomfort to a resident. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning management device, an indoor environment index indicating a thermal environment of a room is monitored, and while the indoor environment index exists in a range indicating comfort, the test operation by the maximum capacity is carried out in the air conditioner.
