摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image blur correcting device which detects the vibration of an optical system such as a photographic lens by an angular velocity sensor and controls a vibration-proof lens based on an angle signal obtained by digitally integrating an angular velocity signal from the angular velocity sensor by a digital filter, and which improves vibration-proof performance by decreasing the delay of the phase of the angle signal caused by processing time for filter arithmetic operation by the filter characteristic of the digital filter. SOLUTION: The digital filter which performs digital integration performs arithmetic operation in figure 2 shown in a hardware manner. At this point, multiplication constants A0 and A1 are set to values that their ratio A0/A1 becomes larger than 1. Thus, it has phase characteristic that the delay of the phase is made smaller as frequency gets higher, and the delay of the phase caused by the processing time is canceled.
