PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus for a hanging poster whose display (display section) can be hung at a high position. SOLUTION: The information display apparatus 1 for a hanging poster comprises: an organic EL display 10 serving as a display section for displaying information; a control board 21 for controlling the organic EL display 10; and a casing 25 capable of housing the control board 21. The casing 25 has a top plate 25a serving as a fitting surface to be fitted on the ceiling, and the control board 21 is arranged approximately in parallel with the top plate 25a serving as the fitting surface inside the casing 25.
