PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transferring liquefied gas causing no hindrance to the transfer of liquefied gas even in environment where outside air temperature exceeds 30°C and using no complicated energy conversion such as carrying out heating and cooling. SOLUTION: This system for transferring and filling liquefied gas comprises a bulk storage tank 1 for storing liquefied gas fuel; a small container 5 connected to the bulk storage tank 1 through a pipeline with a solenoid valve 3 interposed, to allow the liquefied gas fuel flow in by head pressure or its own weight; a cooler 6 interposed in the pipeline to cool the liquefied gas fuel flowing into the small container 5; a gas phase pipeline 12 allowing a gas phase part of the bulk storage tank 1 to communicate with the top part of the small container 5 through a solenoid valve 4; and a dispenser 8 connected to the bottom part of the small container 5 through a pipeline to supply the liquefied gas fuel to an on-vehicle container 9.
