PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully insert a bolt through a through hole by making a thread part, which is provided to a cone-shaped part at the tip of the bolt, spin a cylindrical body in a hole where the cylindrical body is buried in a beam by spinning a bolt head with a wrench or the like after inserting the bolt into a beam-column through hole. SOLUTION: The tip of the square bolt is processed in a conical shape, and the thread part 11 is formed on a conical surface. Because of this, the edge of the through hole part and the conical thread part at the tip of the bolt are engaged with each other by spinning the bolt head even when the conical body at the tip of the bolt becomes slightly misaligned from the center of the through hole on the side of the cylindrical body attached to the beam. Then a through hole part on the side of the cylindrical body receives a force from the bolt, the position of the through hole is moved, and ultimately the tip of the bolt can be inserted into the through hole.
