PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of steel frame members, and a joining method used for the same. SOLUTION: The joining structure of the steel frame members is used at a joining part of a column and a beam, a joining part of the column and a column or the beam and a beam or a joining part of the beam and a small beam or the like of the steel frame member. At least one member to be joined has a plate thickness of 2.3 mm or more in two members to be joined which are overlapped and joined, and a hole is formed by a drill blade of a drill screw 1, and the other member which is tapped by a screw part of the drill screw and is overlapped on the one member and the drill screw are fixed by pressure so as to be an integrated joining part.
