PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain water supplying tower by which the rain water is retained for use in washing hands, watering flowers, etc. SOLUTION: A down pipe is made to be thick for serving as a tank for retaining the rain water. Overflowing rain water is discharged through a down pipe of a conventional thickness attached to the outside or the inside.
