PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ge ion-eluting Ag alloy which elutes Ge ions even in water, and also has satisfactory corrosion resistance and sufficient plastic workability. SOLUTION: The Ge ion-eluting Ag alloy having satisfactory corrosion resistance and plastic workability comprises, by mass,≤97% Ag and 2 to 6% Ge, and the balance one or more selected from Au, Pd, Cu and In.
