PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping material exhibiting vibration-absorbing tendency over the wide range of temperatures. SOLUTION: A rubber composition is provided. This rubber composition has at least one peak of loss tangent(tanδ) measured at 100 rad/s within the temperature range of -60 to -30°C and at least one peak within the temperature range of 0 to 40°C; wherein the values of the tanδare 0.1 or greater over the whole range of -30 to 50°C, besides, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the tanδat -30 to 50°C is 0.7 or less.
