PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe winding connection device which enables easier and accurate fixation of parts to be mounted on a barlike member such as a pipe. SOLUTION: Two C-shaped winding parts 2 and 3 with each side opened are so arranged respectively at both end parts of a body 1 as to be opposed to each other at positions that allow a space part 5 enough to hold the barlike member B such as a pipe between both. While the barlike member B is held in the space part 5, the body 1 is rotated in a direction so as to get the barlike member B inside 10 through opened parts 6 and 7 of both the C-shaped winding parts 2 and 3, so that the barlike member B is inserted inside 10 the two C-shaped winding parts 2 and 3 and the winding parts are fixed entirely being wound on the barlike member B.
