A method for producing concrete piles for constructing the foundation of the soft soil is provided to easily align the concrete piles on the ground with automatically setting horizontality by pouring concrete into a plastic mold having a combining groove and a combining projection and integrally molding the concrete pile. The method for producing concrete piles(10a) for constructing the foundation of the soft soil comprises the steps of: providing a plastic mold(12) having an opened upside, combining grooves formed at both sides, combining projections formed on the other sides, and protruded units(22) horizontally and vertically formed on the inner peripheral surface across each other; horizontally positioning the plastic mold by a support unit and fixing a rotary roller(24) to the outside of the plastic mold; pouring mixed concrete(30) into the plastic mold; combining a disc rotary plate(26) to the upper opening of the plastic mold filled with the concrete; transmitting rotating force of a driving unit(28) to a rotary shaft of the disc rotary plate and compacting the concrete with bringing the concrete into contact with the inner wall by turning the plastic mold filled with the concrete; curing the concrete by passing the plastic mold through a steam supply unit for the predetermined time; separating the disc rotary plate from the upper side of the plastic mold; and completely hardening the concrete exposed to the upper side of the plastic mold under natural conditions. |
