An apparatus of fabricating carbon nano-tube is provided to continuously conduct fabrication and to enable mass production of the nano-tube without frequent replacement of electrode of the apparatus by adopting induction of arc discharging and assembly of graphite rod, graphite plate and a transportation device for the graphite rod. The apparatus comprises: a graphite rod(5) connected to a cathode(4); a graphite plate(2) that is connected to an anode(1), faced from the graphite rod at constant interval and has cross sectional area larger than that of the graphite rod; a spacer device(3) to maintain the space between the graphite rod and the graphite plate; and a transportation device(6) that moves the graphite rod in order to transport the graphite rod along constant track to front face of the graphite plate opposite to the graphite rod. The spacer device is a straight motion device(7) by which the graphite rod moves toward or away from the graphite plate. |
