<p>A nitrogenated heterocyclic derivative represented by the general formula (I) or a hydrate or solvate thereof, which has a selective antagonistic effect on muscarine M<SUB>3</SUB> receptor, produces less adverse side effects in the heart and is therefore safe, and shows an excellent pharmacological effect for a prolonged period of time even when administered through inhalation; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.</p>
