<p>A method for operating an air conditioner having a memo function is provided to realize input, edition, deletion of memo contents via a display part with security by secret code setting. A method for operating an air conditioner having a memo function includes the steps of sensing inputs of memo mode buttons of a display part(S100), storing characters as input by buttons into a memory as images(S250), and displaying a pop-up window for representing the stored memo contents(S300). The images are stored as text and a secret code is added to the composed memo contents(S252). The memo contents are displayed for a set time period. If a motion is sensed by a motion sensor, the existence of the memo contents is informed.</p> |
