A code pull tab for a slide fastener is provided to secure the attachment state of a terminal cover covering both terminals of a code with the code firmly and to change the width of the part between the terminal cover and the slider easily. The code pull tab for a slide fastener includes a code(1), a terminal cover(2), a through hole through which one end of the code(1) hanging between the slider(Fa) and the terminal cover(2) passes, a through hole through which the other end of the code(1) hanging between the slider(Fa) and the terminal cover(2) passes, and one or more bridge members(3). The terminal cover(2) has a gearing part in the inner side thereof for both terminals of the code(1). The terminal cover(2) is attached to the code(1) by receiving both terminals in the inner sides thereof.
