A method for processing viruses in a mobile terminal is provided to enable a server to automatically run or upgrade a vaccine program of the mobile terminal in a remote place without any user operation after preloading or downloading a BREW(Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless) vaccine program to the mobile terminal. A content maker generates an upgrade version of the BREW vaccine program and informs a network maker of upgrade information(S13). The network maker receives/registers the upgrade information to a management server and selects the mobile terminal capable of running the upgrade version(S14). The management server upgrades the BREW vaccine program of the selected mobile terminal, and remotely searches the viruses and runs the BREW vaccine program in the selected mobile terminal(S19). The management server aggregates a virus search and vaccine running result from the selected mobile terminal, and informs the content maker of the result(S20). The content maker receives/stores aggregated information to a database and utilizes the information stored in the database.
