<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wheel driving device capable of enhancing the durability of bearing for wheels, constructing the device lightweight and compact, and enhancing the ease of operation for disassembly and assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wheel driving device comprises a plurality of lines of wheel bearings 1 equipped with an exterior member 7 having a wheel attaching flange on an outer periphery and an interior member 14 having a stator housing 13; first and second planetary reduction gears 2, 3 arranged on the inner side in a diametrical direction of the wheel bearing 1; and a driving portion 4 driving the planetary reduction gears 2, 3 and composed of an electric motor M and a cylindrical member 27 to which a rotor portion 29 is adhered. The supporting member 27 is supported so as to rotate to the interior member 14 through a rolling bearing 28, and rotations of the electric motor M are transmitted to the exterior member 7 through the first and second planetary reduction gears 2, 3 to drive a wheel W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
