SOLUTION: The device includes: a symbol reading part 103 for reading a symbol having data concerning the identification of a sheet of paper; a writing locus acquisition part 106 for acquiring writing locus information on the sheet of paper; and an additional information acquisition part 104 for acquiring the additional information.
