<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control device for actualizing creeping travel with no power-off feeling while suppressing a reduction of clutch torque which occurs in complete connection of a clutch during creeping travel. <P>SOLUTION: During creeping travel which occurs in the state that an engine is on, an accelerator is off and a brake is off, a clutch control means 455 in a transmission ECU 41 uses a starting clutch control means 456 for performing constant rotating speed control so that a clutch rotating speed is set to be a target rotating speedλlower than an engine speed. It determines a downslope and controls the clutch to transmit slight torque during the creeping travel on the downslope.
