<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and increase of torque in an one-way intermittent feeding unit wherein a one-way clutch type torque limiter as a reverse preventing means is incorporated in a ratchet wheel, and an inner ring of the torque limiter is fixed in a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch type torque limiter 2 is constituted by the inner ring 3 fitted and fixed to an inside diameter surface of the ratchet wheel 1 and having a recessed part 7 on one surface, a single pocket 9 having a constant wedge angleθformed by a cam surface 8 formed on the recessed part 7 and the inside diameter surface of the ratchet wheel 1, a single flat roller 12 stored in the pocket 9, and an energizing spring 13 for energizing the roller 12 to the direction of the wedge angleθ. The roller 12 is moved to the direction separated from the wedge angleθat the time of rocking of a rocking member 16 to the feeding direction, and the predetermined idling torque is generated, and the roller 12 is caught by the wedge angleθto be locked at the time of rocking to the direction opposite from it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
