PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a microscopic digital image of a desired wide viewing angle and high-definition without causing troubles in terms of a processing time and image quality. SOLUTION: The microscopic image photographing apparatus includes; drive control parts 16 and 18 for moving and rotating a slide glass sample 9 in XY andθdirections; a host system 19 for carrying out the construction of the microscopic image by setting an angleθ, a photographing magnification and a photographing area, deciding the photographing coordinate of the divided microscopic image, by using the photographing magnification and the photographing area, photographing the divided microscopic image at the photographing coordinate and connecting the divided microscopic images without causing conflict in terms of positional relation; a monitor 23 for displaying the image; and other means.
