<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member management system capable of efficiently contributing to the increase of customers in a game parlor. <P>SOLUTION: The member management system 1 comprises a membership card 19 to which an RF tag 19b storing the member identification information (hereinafter called ID) is attached to be held by each member of the game parlor, a stand tag reader 7 set on each pachinko machine 5 for reading the ID from the RF tag 19a present within a first receiving range, an out-of-island reader 9 disposed out of the first receiving range of the stand tag reader 7 for reading the ID from the RF tag 19a within a prescribed second receiving range, and a management device 17 for managing the whole system. When the stand tag reader 7 and the out-of-island tag reader 9 read the ID from the RF tag 19a, the management device 17 determines that the member corresponding to the read ID is present in the game parlor at the time.
