PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of preventing electrical cutoff caused by vibration of a voltage detection line. SOLUTION: In this flat battery of this battery pack composed by stacking the plurality of flat batteries each provided with an armoring member 30 for sealing the inside of a battery element 20 generating power and plate-like electrode terminals 40a and 40b connected to the battery element and led to the outside from the armoring member and by connecting the electrode terminals of the flat batteries adjacent to each other in the stacking direction. The electrode terminal 40b of the flat battery is provided with a connection section 42 connected to another flat battery, and a voltage detection section 44 connected, through a voltage detection line, to a voltage detection means for detecting the output voltage of the flat battery. The voltage detection section and the connection section are separated from each other by forming a notch between the connection section and the voltage detection section of the electrode terminal.
