PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient priority control by a memory controller in a computer system in which a plurality of processing units share a single or a plurality of memories. SOLUTION: The memory controller has a reorderable memory access command issue queue and a command priority level setting input inside, and the command issue queue holds priority of each memory access command based upon the command priority level setting input.
