PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarized neutron guide tube for dividing neutrons into polarized neutrons or the like while minimizing the loss of neutrons. SOLUTION: The polarized neutron guide tube comprises a body section formed of a super mirror of which neutron reflection thin film is covered, the first and second spaces formed of the first plate section inside the body section, and a neutron dividing space formed of the second plate section arranged in the inlet of the first space and the third plate section arranged in the inlet of the second space. Polarized neutrons of spin-up and polarized neutrons of spin-down are simultaneously separated and transferred to the first and second spaces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
