摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ultrasound probe perform scanning in the axial and circumferential directions of a pipe smoothly, and measure the thickness of the pipe with high workability in the pipe. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a probe housing portion 12 which houses an ultrasound probe 11 inside and is equipped with an outlet 12A for ejecting a coupling medium for filling up between a face to be measured and the ultrasound probe 11, draw-in members 13 which are provided stretching in the front and rear parts in the draw-in direction of the probe housing portion 12 to draw the probe housing portion 12 into the pipe, and a supply hose 14 which is provided in the draw-in member 13 and supplies the coupling medium to the outlet 12A. Coupling-medium retaining portions 16 which adhere closely to the inside face of the pipe by absorbing the coupling medium and expanding and retain the coupling medium filling up between the face to be measured and the ultrasound probe 11, are provided on the peripheries of the draw-in members 13 at the front and rear parts in the draw-in direction of the probe housing portion 12.
