PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cylinder lock capable of changing an exclusive key by easy change works at a low cost without exchanging the whole cylinder lock. SOLUTION: The cylinder lock has an internal cylinder 19 internalized to an external cylinder 15 and a bar housing groove 41 formed to the outer peripheral surface of the internal cylinder 19. The cylinder lock further has a locking bar 43 being projected and arranged from the bar housing groove 41 and preventing the rotation of the internal cylinder 19 and a tumbler 23 being fitted to the internal cylinder 19 and being capable of retracting the locking bar 43 into the bar housing groove 41 by the coincidence of the bar-penetration recessed section 53. The tumbler 23 is composed of a first tumbler 23A and a second tumbler 23B. These tumblers 23A and 23B can be connected at different places by connecting means 55 and 57. Connections can be released by the first tumbler 23A following a movable block 29 moved by inserting and rotating a changing key in this case, and these tumblers 23A and 23B are connected selectively at places corresponding to the arbitrary exclusive keys inserted within a set rotational-angle range.
