PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning device provided with an expandable and contractile partitioning member to hold the partitioning member in a fully closed condition based on attraction force of an attraction means, provided with an opening and closing device capable of reducing operation force at opening operation, and capable of assembling the opening and closing device easily. SOLUTION: In this partitioning device for attracting and holding a mobile frame onto an opposing face by a magnet when pulling out a partitioning member, an operation handle is provided with a bearing part 8a attached to the mobile frame 3 by a screw 11, a grip part 9 supported turnably in a cylindrical part 17 provided in the bearing part 8a, and a releasing means 22 for releasing attraction of the magnet 26 by turning the mobile frame 3 for an opposing face based on turn of the grip part 9.
