PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decorative paper which has not only ordinary laminate-adhering suitability but also press-adhering suitability, and has a good designing property and good surface physical properties. SOLUTION: This decorative printed paper is characterized by forming pattern-printed layers B, B' having ink coating amounts of 6 to 15 g/m<SP>2</SP>and a surface-protecting resin layer A having a coating amount (after dried) of 2 to 20 g/m<SP>2</SP>on the surface of resin-reinforced and impregnated paper C having an air permeability (JIS P 8117) of≤100 sec, a smoothness (JIS P 8119) of 200 to 700 sec, a delamination strength (JIS P 8113) of≥230 g/15 mm and a basis weight of 25 to 60 g/in<SP>2</SP>, and having non-fixed form holes having an average diameter of 50 to 200μm at a rate of 3 to 10 holes/25 mm<SP>2</SP>and an air permeability (JIS P 8117) of≤1,000 sec.
