PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system and a communication terminal unit for an operator capable of securely informing the operator of occurrence of abnormality of a construction machine even at work site causing loud noise when warning the occurrence of abnormality of the construction machine to the operator. SOLUTION: This information communication system 6 applied to the construction machine is provided with a communication terminal unit 7 for the construction machine provided in the construction machine and the communication terminal unit 8 for the operator of wrist band type mounted on an arm of the operator aboard the construction machine and capable of communicating with the communication terminal unit 7 for the construction machine by radio. An alarm information transmitting means for transmitting alarm information of the construction machine to the communication terminal unit 8 for the operator is provided in the communication terminal unit 7 for the construction machine. An alarm information receiving means for receiving the alarm information from the communication terminal unit 7 for the construction machine and an alarm means for warning based on the received alarm information are provided in the communication terminal unit 8 for the operator.
