PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure floatation separator which can separate substances to be separated, such as oil, highly efficiently by a simple configuration without complicating the device, and a treatment system using the pressure floatation separator. SOLUTION: The pressure floatation separator comprises: a treatment tank 4 having an introduction part 2 for introducing raw water containing the substances to be separated and a discharge part 3 arranged on the opposite side of the introduction part 2, and storing the raw water introduced through the introduction part 2; an inclined plate 5 installed in the treatment tank 4, inclined so that the upper end 51 is positioned at the side of the discharge part 3 and the lower end 52 is positioned at the side of the introduction part 2, and partitioning between the introduction part 2 side and the discharge part 3 side so that they communicate through a communicating part 4a formed between the lower end 52 and the bottom of the treatment tank 4; a fine bubble discharging means 6 disposed above the upper surface of the inclined plate 5, and discharging fine bubbles into the raw water introduced from the introduction part 2; and a removal means 53 for removing the substances to be separated, rising to the water surface from the treatment tank 4.
