PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic appliance capable of providing a superior hemostatic effect in a simple operation. SOLUTION: This hemostatic appliance 1A comprises: a belt body 2 wound around a hemostasis object site such as a wrist; a hook-and-loop fastener 3 fixing the belt body 2 with its wound around the wrist or the like; a curved plate composed of a hard material and having a portion curved toward the inner circumferential side; an expansion body 50 installed inside the curved plate and expanding by the increase in an internal pressure, and an injection part 7 injecting a fluid into the expansion body 50. The expansion body 50 has an outer circumference sealed with a seal part 54 and is divided into a first space 51 and a second space 52 by a partition part 55 being peelable by pressurization or the like. The first space 51 stores liquid agent 61, and the second space 52 stores cryogen 62 coming into contact with the liquid agent 61 to generate endothermal reaction. When a part of the partition part 55 is peeled to communicate the first space 51 with the second space 52, the liquid agent 61 comes into contact with the cryogen 62 to become a low-temperature cooling medium.
