A method for manufacturing raw materials for products molded by waste vinyl is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by a waste vinyl open storage yard, a waste vinyl melting facility, and a cleaning facility removing various foreign materials included in the waste vinyl. The method for manufacturing raw materials for products molded by waste vinyl comprises the steps of: collecting and crushing the waste vinyl into the proper size; removing foreign materials by cleaning the waste vinyl and melting the waste vinyl into a gel type by heating the clean waste vinyl at the temperature of 200~300‹C; applying a single color on the melted material by selectively adding red oxide or carbon while melting the waste vinyl; producing the raw material by drawing out the molten material with the color in a cable form according to the color and cooling down the drawn material, winding up the raw materials on a drum according to the color, and then packing the drum wound with the raw material.
