An apparatus for blocking a washer nozzle is provided to effectively remove foreign materials in the washer nozzle by providing a blocking sensor and reversely driving a washer liquid pump motor. An apparatus for blocking a washer nozzle includes a washer liquid storing tank, a nozzle(10), a connection hose(60), and a washer liquid pump motor(40). A washer liquid is stored in the washer liquid storing tank. The nozzle injects the washer liquid. The connection hose forms a path, through which the washer liquid is moved from the washer liquid storing tank to the nozzle. The washer liquid pump motor moves the washer liquid storing tank to the nozzle through the connection hose. The apparatus includes a block sensor(20) and a control unit(30). The blocking sensor determines the blocked state of the nozzle. If the blocking sensor determines that the nozzle is blocked, the washer liquid pump motor is reversely driven by the control unit.
