A toothbrush having an elastic lamella structure is provided to have superior effects of reducing plaque and the inflammation of gums and to give effects of massaging gums. The toothbrush having an elastic lamella structure includes a handle portion, a head portion(1) and a neck portion(2). The head portion(1) includes one or more elastic lamella structures(5) extending from the head portion(1). The lamella structure(5) includes a strip shaped teeth cleansing portion(5b) and a gum stimulating portion(5a) formed integrally on both ends of the teeth cleansing portion(5b). The teeth cleansing portion(5b) extends to cross the head portion(1) in a traverse direction. The gum stimulating portion(5a) has the shape of a straight pillar.
