A refrigerator installed in an armrest of a vehicle is provided to improve cooling efficiency by forming an air flow passage variously and radiating heat from a peltier element with an inner duct and an outer duct, and to sterilize, deodorize and filtrate air in the refrigerator by mounting an ultraviolet lamp, a nano silver coating layer, a mood lamp and a filter in the inner duct. A refrigerator(100) is installed in an armrest of a vehicle, and composed of an armrest housing(110) having a bottom(111), a side wall(112) extended up from a circumference of the bottom and an upper door(113) combined by a hinge to close the side wall, a Peltier element(120) installed in the armrest housing to cool one side and heat the other side in applying power, a blowing fan(130) combined with a front of the Peltier element to circulate air in the armrest housing, a heat sink(140) combined with a rear part of the Peltier element to radiate heat from the Peltier element and an inner duct(150) installed in the armrest housing for the Peltier element to guide air from the armrest housing to the Peltier element. The inner duct is installed in a lower part of the door of the armrest housing, the side wall or the bottom, and the inner duct is able to include an ultraviolet lamp to sterilize air additionally.
