A DMB package and a mobile terminal for receiving DMB data and a method for receiving the DMB data are provided to enable a DMB data converter to convert the DMB data, received through a DMB signal receiver, into a data format which can be reproduced by the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal having no function for receiving and reproducing the DMB data can reproduce the DMB data. A DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) package(100) comprises the followings: a DMB signal receiver(204) for receiving DMB data; a DMB data converter(212) for converting the DMB data, received through the DMB signal receiver(204), into a data format which can be reproduced by a mobile terminal; a DMB package interface(216) which is matched with the mobile terminal and performs an interfacing process with the mobile terminal; and a DMB package controller(200) which controls the DMB signal receiver(204) and the DMB data converter(212) to convert the data format of the DMB data into the data format which the mobile terminal can reproduce the data, and outputs the DMB data to the mobile terminal through the DMB package interface(216).
