<p>The invention relates to a tray for the production of hardboards for doors, comprising a base (16, 72, 103) which is defined between two longitudinal walls and which receives a blanket (43, 85) of particle board and binder, which is compacted between two hot plates (25-42; 80-83) in order to produce a board (9). The height of each of the longitudinal walls (12a-30a; 13a-14a, 15a; 84a-86a; 93a-94a-86a; 110a-115a) of the tray can be adapted in response to the pressure from the plates (25-42; 80-83) during the compaction of the blanket (43-85) between a maximum height which is at least as tall as the thickness of the blanket (43, 85) prior to compaction and a minimum height which is at least as small as the thickness of the board formed. The tray also comprises at least one part (14a, 15a, 30a, 86a, 115a) which can be retracted between end positions corresponding respectively to the aforementioned maximum and minimum heights, said retractable part (14a, 15a, 30a, 86a, 115a) returning to the first position when the hot plates (25-42; 80-83) are removed.</p> |
