A system for transmitting/receiving changed supplemental information by using Bluetooth is provided to offer real-time changed data to users timely by enabling Bluetooth-type data communication between an information terminal and an information medium and installing a supplemental information providing part in the information medium so as to provide real-time changed information data to the information terminal. A system for transmitting/receiving changed supplemental information by using Bluetooth consists of an information terminal(100) and an information medium(200). A Bluetooth module is installed in the information terminal(100) to download voice data or image data from the external. The information medium(200) also has a Bluetooth module to transmit voice data or image data to the information terminal(100). The information terminal(100) comprises a control signal part, the first memory part, a display part, and the first control part. The control signal part creates a detection signal to activate the transmission of voice data or image data from the information medium(200). The first memory part stores voice data or image data, downloaded from the information medium(200). The display part displays the downloaded voice or image data. The first control part stores the downloaded voice or image data in the first memory, and transmits stored voice or image to the display part.
