A fastening unit for fixing a duplex printed circuit board is provided to prevent loss of a lower printed circuit board by not requiring a through hole for installing a pem nut on the lower printed circuit board. A fastening unit includes a cylindrical body(21), a pem nut fastening part(24) thread-engaged with a pem nut at a lower portion of the body, a printed circuit board contacting part(23) contacting an upper surface of a printed circuit board between the body and the pem nut fastening part, a handle(22) installed on an upper end of the body, and a fixing screw fastening part(25) formed on an upper surface of the handle.
