<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify cleaning of a picture display part 1 in a picture display for performing display to the picture display part 1. <P>SOLUTION: The display is provided with: first control means 1 and 4 for controlling a first mode in which an operation reception area is displayed to the picture display part 1 to receive operation of the operation reception area; second control means 1 and 4 for controlling a second mode in which a single color is changed as time goes by in the whole of the picture display part 1 or its large part with operation of the operation reception area as a non-reception state; and mode switching means 1 and 4 for switching the first mode with the second mode.
