<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small drive circuit integrally formed motor with high reliability for restricting an increase in temperature of the drive circuit integrally formed motor even in operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the drive circuit integrally formed motor, a brushless motor and a drive circuit are integrally formed. The motor has an air layer arranged on the side fitting to the brushless motor, and a separation plate arranged on the side of the derive circuit. The formed heat insulation layer is arranged in a position where these components are put opposite to each other.
