<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of instantaneously detecting load torque exceeding a predetermined value by monitoring in real time the load state of a device that repeats a fixed operation. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller 1 mounted on a device repeating a constant operation and having an operation command generating means 3 and nonvolatile memory 10 includes an initial value setting means 6 for storing in the nonvolatile memory 10 the motor torque value during operation in the initialized state; a limiting value setting means 7 for setting the torque limiting value from the torque value stored; and a torque-comparing means 5 for comparing the motor torque value with the limiting value, while monitoring the motor torque value in operation, wherein when the motor torque value exceeds the limiting value set by the torque limiting value setting means 7, an alarm-outputting means 15 notifies the outside of the state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
