<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a compound lens having high productivity in resin layer formation. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the compound lens comprises: a 1st process in which an uncentered lens base body that is polished and is not centered yet and a mold in that at least one concave part for forming a resin layer is provided are prepared, the uncentered lens base body is arranged at the concave part of the mold after applying an ultraviolet curing resin liquid to the uncentered lens base body and/or the mold without adjusting a relative position and further the uncentered lens base body is pressurized to the mold by a pressurizing member; a 2nd process in which the ultraviolet curing resin liquid is hardened by irradiating the ultraviolet curing resin liquid with ultraviolet rays to form a resin layer; and a 3rd process in which the uncentered lens base body with a formed resin layer is removed from the mold to obtain an uncentered compound lens and then the uncentered compound lens is fixed and is centered by a bell clamp method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
