<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material, exhibiting high thermoelectric conversion performance and having excellent mass-productivity, and to provide a core shell type nano particle used in the thermoelectric conversion material. <P>SOLUTION: This core shell type nano particle includes a core part and a shell part covering the core material. The component material of the shell part is InSb, and the component material of the core part has a higher melting point than that of InSb which is the component material of the shell part.
