<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call display device which simultaneously performs colorful light emission in a lower case and reflection by the colorful light emission in the upper case, on the basis of arrival of a radio wave, is conveniently used as a portable device and an ornament, and having fun and glitter displayed by the light emission and reflection. <P>SOLUTION: The incoming call display is provided with the transparent upper case consisting of a bottom provided with a liquid, a fine reflection member dispersed in the liquid and reflecting a light from a light-emitting member arranged in the lower case, a decorative member, an inlet port of the liquid, and a member for sealing the inlet port for preventing leakage of the liquid; and a supporting member. The device is also provided with the lower case housing a power source, a substrate, a receiving member for receiving the radio waves, both members such as a light-emitting member for emitting a light, based on the radio waves received and a sound-emitting member for emitting a sound, based on the received radio wave, or a single light-emitting member for emitting light, based on the received radio wave. The upper and lower cases are fixed so as to be rotatable rotatable disabled.
