<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable case preventing information recorded on a card or the like from being read, and capable of being subjected to X-ray inspection at an airport or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The portable case 1 is made of base fabrics 5 and 6 shaped into a bag, and the base fabrics 5 and 6 are laminated with lamination films 10. The lamination film 10 is obtained by laminating an aluminum foil layer 12 and a resin layer 13, and the aluminum foil layer 12 has a thickness large enough to transmit X-rays and electromagnetic waves of extremely high-frequency range but block electromagnetic waves of other than the high frequency range. The electromagnetic waves from the card are cut off by the lamination film 10 so as not to leak, and skimming is prevented.
