<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficient photovoltaic power generating system with a simple structure which has no movable part causing failure and can be installed at any place. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation system has a light-guiding body having a light incident surface into which external light enters and a light emission surface not parallel to the incident surface, for emitting the external light; and at least one photoelectric conversion element.
