<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OS which can have high performance by specializing to individual constitution of a system LSI. <P>SOLUTION: The system LSI has, in a hardware side, a processor, a memory, a functional circuit module, a bus, and a bus arbiter which can be controlled from a CPU. The bus arbiter can give priority to a master device on the bus. A software side is a multitask OS and has master device control properties as properties of tasks and a kernel controls the bus arbiter by referring to the property values during task transition.
