PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of a shift shock due to large difference between an engine speed NE and an input shaft rotating speed NIN of a transmission when reengaging a clutch released once in shifting. SOLUTION: An engine ECU executes a program including a step (S200) of outputting instruction of a fuel cut when satisfying conditions such as accelerator opening PA is a threshold value or less and a rise rate DNE of the engine speed NE is a determining value DNE (0) or more (YES in S100), a step (S300) of fully closing throttle opening, and a step (S500) of stopping ignition to an air-fuel mixture by a spark plug.
